G&C Drywall is the trade name of G & C Drywalls LLC, a family-owned drywall contractor based in Central New Jersey and serving New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Our contact details are at the end of these Terms.

2. Information, estimates, and contracts

Descriptions of our services, typical timelines, and any prices or price ranges on this website are general information. They are not an offer, quote, or contract, and submitting our contact form does not create an agreement to perform work.

Every project is quoted individually after we review the job. Our estimates are free and carry no obligation. Work begins only after you and we sign a written contract that describes the scope, price, schedule, and warranty for that job.

For home improvement work in New Jersey, your written contract will include the information and the three business day right to cancel required by the New Jersey Contractors' Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-151). Nothing on this website reduces any right you have under that contract or under the law.

Any guarantee or warranty for our work is provided only in writing in your contract, which sets out exactly what it covers.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors or become out of date. We may correct, change, or remove any content at any time. If something on the site conflicts with your written contract, the contract controls.

4. Photos, project examples, and reviews

Photos and videos presented as our work show jobs completed by our crews. Some images on the website are illustrative and are not photos of a specific project. Every job is different, and results depend on the condition of the space, the materials chosen, and the scope agreed in your contract.

Any client reviews we publish are genuine and are shared with the permission of the person who wrote them. We do not pay for reviews or publish made-up ones.

5. Our content

The text, photos, videos, logos, and design of this website belong to G & C Drywalls LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as planning a project or sharing a page with someone in your household or business. Please do not copy, republish, or use our content or logo for any other purpose without our written permission.

6. Using the website responsibly

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Send spam, advertising, or automated or bulk messages through our contact form.
• Submit false information or pretend to be someone else.

This section does not limit: (a) our liability for our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud; (b) our liability for personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence; (c) any rights you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, the New Jersey Contractors' Registration Act, or any other law that cannot be waived by agreement; or (d) our obligations under any written contract with you. Our responsibilities for any project are set out in the written contract for that project.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the county in New Jersey where our principal place of business is located, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms takes away your right to contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs or any other government agency.

12. If part of these Terms is invalid

If a court decides that any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, that part will be limited only as much as necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply only to use of the website after they are posted and never change a written contract you have already signed.
